Washes pots, pans, and trays by hand
Wash dishes, pots and pans, during service, return to storage area
Washes pots, pans and trays by hand and/or machine
Distributes all utensils, china, silverware, and pots to appropriate areas after washing
Clean all kitchen equipment, tables and counters
Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, stoves, grills, prep tables
Responsible for ensuring exemplary level of cleanliness and sanitation at all dining services locations
Clean glass doors, windows, sneeze guards, salad bars, drink machines, counters, sweep and mop floors
Maintain relationship with all kitchen staff to ensure quality of work
Maintain the dish pit to ensure the highest level of safety and sanitation
